A breezy and easy to wear cotton dress in various colours for Summer. Made with a gathered chest and waist, this entire style is stretchy with loads of flowing fabric for the skirt. You can adjust how you would like to wear the ties as all the halter and back ties (as it's a deep and open back design) can be tied and worn many ways. The chest also has a dainty bow for a feminine touch. This fabric is semi-sheer.
