We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, and Interact.
Gift cards can be purchased directly from our website, and may be used immediately.
Our website pricing is in USD.
Once placed, orders go into processing at our warehouse and cannot be edited or canceled. We are firm on this policy. Thank you for understanding!
Although we try our best with shipping with no duties for our customers, any extra import taxes and duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Lilli Collection does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (within US)
All domestic orders ship from USA Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders will usually be processed within 1-3 business days. As we are a small team, if there are any shipping delays we will update this page for you. Please allow 1-10 business days for orders to ship to you. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders ship from our new Lilli Collection warehouse via International Shipping Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
International Shipping can take anywhere from 10-15 business days.
We do our best to help you avoid duties and taxes, but in the unlikely event that an order does incur an import charge, Lilli Collection is not responsible for this, the import charge will be the buyer’s responsibility.
