Please note, to send a return, your return request MUST be approved by our Customer Service team first. To begin your return: email your return request number to info@shoplilli.ca and wait for approval and further shipping instructions. If you wish to do an exchange or receive an online credit instead of a return, please let us know here. If you send a return without approval it will be shipped back to you.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
- We accept returns and exchanges on all merchandise within 30 days of delivery receipt.
- We only accept returns on full-priced merchandise. If your merchandise was purchased with any form of a discount or promotion, it is not eligible for a return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, Lilli Collection does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on any orders made prior to a promotion.
- Your merchandise must be returned in the same perfect condition in which it was sent to you to be eligible to receive your refund. This includes all of our original packaging the merchandise was sent to you in.
- Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
- Please make sure your merchandise is returned in brand new and unused condition with all of our Lilli Collection garment tags still attached. If your return does not meet our policy it will be shipped back to you.
- Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive an email confirmation that the return has been completed and a refund issued back to your original form of payment. This usually takes 1-7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. This includes any promotional discounts used to purchase. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
- Swimwear and jewelry are final sale due to hygiene purposes.
- We cannot give price adjustments for any prior purchases.
- If you received an item which is damaged upon delivery to you, you must contact info@shoplilli.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
- We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges due to the limited inventory that we carry. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
- Lilli Collection reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
- Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a return.
